Vic Park Indian provide takeout wonders

There are times when you don’t want to cook but you don’t want to eat out either.

Tonight was one of those nights!

Collapsed on the couch after a long day at work, I flicked through Menulog and chose Vic Park Indian. I’ve eaten there before and loved their food and they were a 20% discount on first-time orders on Menulog.

My family and I usually love Kormas so it was easy to choose the Lamb Korma and let me tell you, it was the epitome of perfection. It was rich and creamy while the lamb was cooked perfectly.

To try something a little different, I picked the Beef Dhansak and Zeerah Aloo which were spicy without being hot. I picked the medium level of hotness which was far from overbearing, I could even go a little hotter which is something to keep in mind for next time.

The Garlic Naan was crunchy and warm.

It took a little less than 30 minutes from ordering to receiving the food which was a perfect length of time to rally the family over for dinner.

All in all it was a perfect night in.
